Project Manager at EUReflect, leading the planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic projects and international cooperation initiatives. Holds a Master’s degree in European Union Studies and plays a key role in connecting teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration. She is also responsible for EUReflect’s activities and project development across Africa, focusing on building institutional partnerships, identifying new cooperation opportunities, and strengthening EUReflect’s engagement with stakeholders throughout the continent. Fluent in English, Russian, French, and Ukrainian, she brings a multilingual and cross-cultural perspective to EUReflect’s international projects and partnerships.

Project Manager
A multilingual professional, Lautaro Frick holds a Master’s degree in Communication and International Relations and has experience in academic cooperation and diplomacy. He worked for one year at the Embassy of Belgium in Chile as Acting Attaché/First Secretary, where he was closely involved in the preparation and communication of the 2025 Belgian State Visit to Chile. Since 2024, he has been collaborating with EUReflect, where he has covered various events and initiatives, most recently the 2025 Belgian Economic Mission to Türkiye and the World Tourism Forum in Angola.

Director of Turism Department
Journalist accredited by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, as well as by the European Commission and the European Council. Recipient of an award from the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a certificate of merit from the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan. Recognized as a Kazakh tourism ambassador. Holds a Master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles and has nine years of professional experience in journalism and tourism, with contributions to eight journals, generally based in Brussels and Islamabad. She works for EUReporter. Speaks six languages: English, French, Turkish, Uzbek, German, Dutch.

Oğuzhan Şimşek
I am a Computer Engineer and the founder of 3w.codes. I develop CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and corporate web solutions for enterprise clients, managing projects end-to-end—from analysis and architecture to deployment. By combining my Front-End expertise with a Full-Stack approach, I build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
