On July 17, 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic held a Collegium meeting chaired by Foreign Minister Zheenbek Kulubaev to review the performance of the diplomatic service for the first half of the year.
Minister Kulubaev highlighted the positive momentum and key achievements in Kyrgyzstan’s foreign policy, including both bilateral and multilateral engagements that strengthened ties with international partners. He also acknowledged areas needing improvement and issued directives to address shortcomings by year-end.
Sagynbek Abdumutalip, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, emphasized the Ministry’s role in advancing national interests and called for stronger inter-agency coordination.
The meeting concluded with the identification of priority areas for the second half of 2025.
